Whales

the three whales im talking about are the Sperm Whale BlueWhale and Toothed Whales .

The first whale is the Sperm Whale their favorite food is giant squid the squids min length of 43 feet long the whale has to go 2.5 miles under water to find his prey. to go down deep it has to take a huge breath wich he(or she)stores it in his muscle.

 The Blue Whale is bigger then the biggest dinosaur ever found on Earth. The blue whale would out weigh 32 elephants. All it eats is tiny plankton......Krill.

The Bottlenose Dolphin can tell if theres wood plastic or metal in the trainers hand by clicking that sound transfers thru there melon,the head of the dolphin, hits the object and comes back diffrently. The Bottlenosed Dolphins is also known for saving people.

All whales are fascinating.

Ferns like living in moist areas like under the sequoia trees in California. Ferns can even grow in redwood tree bark. Ferns are very old. The leafy branch of a fern is called a frond. On the bottom of a frond you can see little growths. These are sporangia which contain spores that grow into a heart shaped plant called a prothallus. The spores are seeds and can grow into plants. The spores float in the air until they land on the ground and grow into a heart shaped plant called a prothallus.

Justin Morgan Horses

Morgan horses are a mystery breed.  No one knows which family they are from.

All they know is that they are really fast and work very, very hard. The first Morgan horse was named after his owner, Justin Morgan, who was a school master and great singer. After he died his name was given to Bub, the horse, who was a small, fast, hard working steed. He ran races and won every time. He also was a spectacular pulling horse and was famous for pulling large loads. The War of 1812 took place in his lifetime. He was also in a parade with the presedent of the United States, James Monroe. This parade was the first time he heard the Star Spangled Banner sung. This song was written after the War of 1812.

I like rain because we get huge puddles, thunder and hail.

We have huge puddles cause road workers built a new road and all the water stays by the side road.I ride my bike in every one and my back got soaked.

In winter it thundered a lot. It roared and yelled, but it still was fun to listen.

It hailed two times and both times it
 was  the size of peas and you could hear it a mile away. This is why I love winter.

Animals Need Trees 2

Bears use trees for scratching posts and tp scratch their backs.

 

Birds need trees to build nests and feel secure.

 

 Wood peckers hunt for bugs in trees.

Giraffes have long necks to reach the leaves.

Koalas live almost entirely in Eucalyptus trees.
